Measuring the Cost: Life Balance W11

Life balance!

This week has been great in learning how to balance your life as an entrepreneur. We had a few case studies about managing work vs. family. One was about your daughter’s recital vs. having your largest customer calling you for an emergency and would not want anyone else to be there but you. It puts you to think because as an entrepreneur: customer satisfaction comes first, but when your family is involved in your daily tasks, what would you chose? In my opinion, family comes first since God has stablished it like that, where we have made covenants to have an eternal family. Now, customers as well are someone that are providing us money in order to bring food to the table. It is just a matter of balancing priorities and making right decision at the moment.

We learned from an Entrepreneur this: “Pay attention to what’s important” – Randy Kosimar, as he states also, “being a CEO, is hard to keep a balance”. But, as we also reviewed this week in another motivating entrepreneur, Corey Bell, “Everything is possible if you want it!” So, there are many life balancing experiences throughout our entrepreneur life, it’s on us to make the right decision at the right time.

What a great lesson we have learned this week. Now, time to put it into practice.
