This week has been great as the
past weeks, but there is something particular about this week: Dreaming Big
Dream!
For the past two
weeks, we've been preparing ourselves to have an interview with an
entrepreneur. This week I had the chance to interview my own father, who has
been an entrepreneur almost all his life. I learned that I needed to dream big
and never stop dreaming, always pursue our dreams.
In order to be an entrepreneur, I need
to have values, have a background that’s suitable for what I want to do.
From a video we watched this week,
Kathy Huber, which is an entrepreneur had some difficulties being the minority
among men. What did this mean, sometimes, we have to be good at something to
stick out and get away for the stereotyping. Some industries may not be for a
particular gender, if there are a few of our kind, we need to dream big and
succeed showing people that we can do the job.
Other video we watched was about
Googlers having their time during work to be able to create something and input
it into Google. I feel a big company that allows employees to express their
ideas, is a company that will have success.
