DISCIPLE LEADERSHIP W9

This week I’ve learned about being a leader. From when I started a program (Pathway) that got me into BYU-I, I learned to be a leader a few times I had to teach the class. I know that being in BYU-I, I can get to be a leader, since it is a Disciple Preparation Center.  Throughout my life I’ve been put into positions of leadership, at church I’ve worked with young women that are in need of help. It was once promised to me that if I help the youth of the world many blessings would come to my life. I know it’s true, and that promises do exist when you do what the Lord commands.

In a company being a leader does not imply to tell your workers what to do, a great leader is the one that will sit and teach workers how to do the things to be a successful company. I learned this week that big companies like a well-recognized company like Gillette has been successful because it has 3 things: Disciplined People, Disciplined Thought, and Discipline Action. We can learn and put into practice in order to succeed we can apply these 3 key points.

I am grateful for each opportunity we get in our life to help other and find rescue in other’s words.
